2) There are Two Types of Processes Under Voice:

a) Inbound Process - Under This, Incoming Calls are Received and the Employee Has to Answer the Query/problem Asked By Caller.

ex: Mobile Company Customer Care Executive, Bank Assistance Desk Etc...

b) Outbound Process : Under This, Outgoing Calls are Made By the Employee.

ex: Callers Calling from Mobile Company and Asking for the Bill Payment,

credit Card Company Callers Offering Credit Cards Etc...

non-voice Process :

1) this Does Not Includes Receiving/answering/making Calls To/from Others

2) this Includes Providing Support Through Emails, Live Chats and Faxes Using Some Tools and Documentation/processing On Computer Ex: Job Processing, Dtp Etc...
