Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of mutual fund operations products, services.

• Build and maintain a high quality and professional working relationship with all field professionals, shareholders and internal business units.

• Provide quality customer service by providing detailed, accurate and timely communications to ensure the field and clients have a reasonable understanding of the operational status of the account.

• Accurately processes all mutual fund transactions on a timely basis to achieve the best possible results for the member and representative, adhering to the applicable industry regulated guidelines.

• Accurately processes various transactions via phone work including transfers, disbursements and other maintenance requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong Hindi and moderate English communication,

• Any Graduate,

• Freshers are preferred

• Age limit 25

• Gender: Male and Female
