JOB DESCRIPTION
➢ Handle the customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution.
➢ Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
➢ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
➢ Manage large inbound calls.
➢ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
➢ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
➢ Take an extra mile to engage customers.
➢ Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory.
➢ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
➢ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
➢ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
➢ Proven customer support experience is added advantage.
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate – Female
EXPERIENCE : 0-2 years
COMPENSATION : ₹ 1,50,000/- to 2,50,000/- LPA
INTERVIEW MODE : Direct Walk-in | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 – 14:00
