Job Description for Customer Support Executive (Voice Process):

1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls.

2. Generating the leads.

3. Calling Clients to brief them about the legal services like patent, copyright, trade mark, etc.

4. Coordinating with the clients on daily basis.

5. Scheduling meetings of clients with BDE Executive.

6. Maintaining the database in Excel sheet.

7. Report and provide feedback to the management.

Requirement:

1. Good communication skills.

2. Any qualification.

3. Immediate joiner.

4. Basic internet and MS word Knowledge.
