Understand customer pain points and highlight their feature requests to improve the
product.
Required Skills:
Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.

Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
and/or alternatives.
Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
2-4 years of work experience.
Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
Experience of working on Fresh desk and Dialers is a plus.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Highly customer centric.
