Job title - Customer Support Executive

Location - Bangalore

Role - Permanent

FLUENCY IN HINDI AND ENGLISH MANDATORY

WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTS

WORK FROM OFFICE

What will you get to work on?

Provide world class customer support through emails, phone calls and chats.

Help in improving processes which always optimize better customer experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders and work towards any solution ideal for the issue.

Must gain product understanding for assisting customers thoroughly to resolve their issues.

Understand customer pain points and highlight their feature requests to improve the

product.

Required Skills:

Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.

Should be an active listener.

Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.

Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations

Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

and/or alternatives.

Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.

2-4 years of work experience.

Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.

Experience of working on Fresh desk and Dialers is a plus.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Highly customer centric.
