• Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
• Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
and/or alternatives.
• Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
• Experience of working on Fresh desk and Dialers is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Highly customer centric.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
