Job Description

1. Good communication skills.

2. Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and

assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback.

3. Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them for the

collection of keys and property pictures. Enhance the firm’s brand reputation

in your interactions.

4. Taking care of meetings scheduled by the RM and showing prospective tenants the

property.

5. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients by providing required

services to them in a timely manner.
