Job Description

Altruist Technologies is hiring for India's leading client in Bangalore for the role of Customer Support Officer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Resolving customer issues over call and Mail ( Voice Process and Semi voice(Mail and Voice) )

Skills Required:

English communication skills with fluency in any regional language.

Qualification: Diploma(15 Years of education) / Graduate in any discipline

Salary Offered: 10k to 15K + Performance incentives.

Experience: Freshers/ Experience.

Nature of the job:

You will be given an opportunity to interact and resolve the queries of customers of some of the best brands across the country.

1. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

2. Provide World Class Customer Service.

3. End to End Transaction of Reports.

4. Ability to deal with Customers.
