We is looking for young and dynamic Male/Female candidates who are ambitious, smart and dynamic to learn & achieve set goals set forward for the post of Customer Support Executive. You will have to assist customers with issues & information requested when using our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions to achieve a seamless experience for customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
o Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
o Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
o Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
o Draft quotations as per customers’ request
o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
o Prompt response to customer inquiries
o Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customers
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solved
o Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
o Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Key Skills & Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or Degree or Equivalent
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
o Fluency in English is a must
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
o Patience when handling tough cases
o Understanding of how CRM systems work
o Excellent documentation skills
o Understanding of how CRM systems work
o Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
o Excellent communication skills
