Responsibilities

-Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis

-Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.

-Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.

-Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

-Track the quantity and quality of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.

-Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients for gathering feedback of our offering.

Skills Required

-Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related field.

-Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

-Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

-Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

-Active listening skills to understand customer needs.

-Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

-Strong email writing skills.
