We are looking for a Tele caller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is a professional who makes outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the goal of promoting a product, service, or event and generating sales or leads.
Roles&Responsibilities:
Cold calling: Making a high volume of outbound calls to individuals or businesses who may be interested in the product or service being offered.
Product or service promotion: Providing information about the product or service, highlighting its features and benefits, and answering any questions or concerns the potential customer may have.
Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads by gauging their interest, needs, and suitability for the product or service being offered.
Customer relationship management: Maintaining a database of potential customers and updating it with relevant information, such as contact details, preferences, and interactions.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas by effectively pitching the product or service and persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
Handling objections: Addressing customer concerns or objections and providing appropriate solutions or explanations to overcome any barriers to the sale.
Follow-up calls: Making follow-up calls to potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase, aiming to convert them into customers.
Recording and documenting: Accurately documenting call details, customer feedback, and any important information obtained during the calls for future reference and analysis.
Adhering to scripts and guidelines: Following predefined scripts, guidelines, and sales strategies provided by the organization to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to company policies.
Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers during the call.
