Job Description: Customer Support Agent

Job Location: Remote

Shift Time: Night shift (09:30 PM to 07:00 AM) IST (Including Break)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via call, providing accurate and helpful information about our digital marketing services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to service usage, billing, and technical difficulties in a timely manner.

Guide customers through the onboarding process, helping them understand how to effectively utilize our services.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Educate clients about our products, features, and best practices to enhance their experience and engagement.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our services and processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support and recommendations.

Excellent Communication Skills in both.(Written and Verbal)
