Customer Support Executive (Female)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls, emails, and chats quickly and politely.

Solve customer issues and make sure they are satisfied.

Keep records of customer conversations in the system.

Learn about our products and services to assist customers better.

Report any unresolved issues to the team.

Share customer feedback to improve our services.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduated.

Experience: 6 months minimum (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

Skills:

Good spoken in English and Hindi.

Basic computer skills (MS Office) and experience with CRM tools.

Friendly, patient, and good at solving problems
