1. Manage inbound / Outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.

2. Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.

3. Understand every request and provide a solution to them.

4. Follow our company's communication scripts & email templates.

• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

• Must possess excellent communication skill with neutral accent.

• Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

• Must have KPO or Call experience for USA / UK and AUS based Company
