Job Description

RGTS Software is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers (Customer Support Executives) to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance. You will engage with customers over the phone to address their queries, resolve issues, and promote our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and answer incoming calls.

Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Follow up with leads and potential customers.

Record and maintain customer interaction details.
