Responsibilities:
Manage and address concerns related to Field Sales Executives (FSE) and Business Development Leads (BDL), ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
Assist in resolving payout-related concerns for FSE and BDL members, including but not limited to commission calculations, payment discrepancies, and payment processing.
Coordinate the collection of KYC documentation from new joiners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of KYC documentation and ensure timely verification and processing.
Conduct regular communication with FSE and BDL members via phone calls and other channels to provide support, gather feedback, and address any issues or inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to streamline processes and improve efficiency in handling FSE and BDL-related matters.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to care management and sales operations.
Provide training and guidance to FSE and BDL members on processes, policies, and systems as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Must be graduate
2. Know the Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English languages.
3. 1 year of experience in customer service.
4. Expected Start Date: Immediate or 15 days
