Job Description:

Paperlink Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives for our UK Loan Process. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based customers, assisting them with loan-related inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist UK customers with loan applications, account inquiries, and other related services.

Provide accurate information about loan products, terms, and conditions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Meet individual and team performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Prior experience in customer service or call center operations, preferably in a sales process, is an advantage.

Ability to work night shifts without transportation assistance.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.

Additional Information:

This position involves working exclusively night shifts to align with UK business hours.

No cab facility is provided; candidates must arrange their own transportation.
