Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Take-home) + Bonus + PF

Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries and concerns. This role does not involve sales targets but focuses on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls
Record and update customer interactions in the systemCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Follow company guidelines to deliver high-quality customer support
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (PUC) or above
Mandatory Languages: English or Hindi
Preferred Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil (Added Advantage)
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage
