No sales No target

Very easy process

Must have very good fluency in Tamil

Job Description

There are four voice process

1st process

Must handle customer queries

Retain the customer in Airtel

Must collect the feedback

2nd process

Must explain the DTH plans to the customer

Help them in renew the plans

3rd process

Must give a reminder call to the customer before their tv dish recharge gets over

4th process

This is about Airtel wifi

Support the customer in wifi

All the four process has no targets

Working hour

9 am to 6 pm

Only 8 hours login

1 hour break

Week offs

There are 6 working days

1 week off in a week

That will be in rotation basis
