Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (International process). As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer service operations.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
Experience in customer support or customer service management
Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
