Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, and order-related concerns.
- Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of our book inventory to assist customers effectively.
- Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and recommend personalized reading selections.
3. Communication:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

4. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Qualifications:
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent In English Communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy
