Position Summary:
We are seeking for Customer Support Executive, who is meticulous, have email writing skills and have experience of data entry. Candidates will be providing support by interacting with clients through blended process. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, pays attention to details and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Direct Report:
Team Lead / Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email & Chat) in a professional and timely manner.
• Will be responsible to oversee the coordination of drivers & vehicles.
• Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Ensure the Routing of vehicles, timely deliveries, and optimal resource utilization.
• Responsible to handle the dispatch planning.
• Dispatching drivers from or to Rail Terminals.
• Planning & organizing next day deliveries.
• Resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise.
• Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
• Maintain vehicle operator work records.
• Data entry and reporting.
• Any other duties as assigned to Dispatch Team
• Collaborates Assists Team / Supervisor when required.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum Graduate
• Typing Speed up to 25 - 30 WPM
• Good Communication skills
• Ability for Email Writing.
• Ability to stay organized, have strong attention to details and Quick learner.
• Computer Proficiency is must.
Experience Required
• 02-to-04 years experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,00, - ₹15,00, per year
