Language required - English + Hindi
Package - 21K in hand 25K CTC
Working Days - 6 days working + 1 day shift rotational off
No Cab

Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer queries and concerns via various channels such as phone, email, or chat.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions to customer issues.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information.
Communication Skills: Effective communication to convey information clearly and professionally.
Customer Education: Guiding customers on product usage, features, and best practices.
Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalation Management: Handling and escalating complex issues to higher-level support or other department
Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve products or services.
