Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Cogmex Technologies located in Lucknow. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer complaints, and coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirement: -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent English communication for talk to foreign Clients
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Qualification
-Graduation must be completed
