: Customer Support Executive - Axis BPO Process (inbound customer service + credit card upselling process)

UG with Minimum 1 Year BPO voice process experience (Customer service in Tele Banking/Tele Sales)

:

Versant score should be more than 4

Basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills

Candidate should be able to communicate in English and Hindi

Customer-focused and attentive

:

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information

Determines requirements by working with customers

Resolves problems by clarifying desired information

Cross-sell and upsell products/services

1. Shifts-Proper day shifts ,6 days working + 1 day Rotational week off

2. Direct walkin interview process

:

Free pick and drop shuttle service till specified locations (Metro stations-Noida Sector-37, 52, 59 & Noida City Centre)

This is a customer-centric role with a focus on telephonic communication and customer service.

Candidates should possess the required language skills and be customer-focused.
