Job Title: Customer Support Executive (NIGHT SHIFT)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata

Process: Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Work Environment: Work from Office

Gross Salary: 15,000 to 19,000 (depending on experience)

Work Schedule:

* 5 days working

* Fixed weekend off (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls related to US medical billing inquiries.

* Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders in the US.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
