Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team at Startek for Flipkart Hyperlocal. This is a blended process with 80% chat and 20% voice support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective customer support through chat and voice channels.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to Flipkart Hyperlocal services.
Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in communication.
Ensure a positive customer experience with quick resolution.
Meet set targets for chat response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous customer support experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work in a blended environment (80% chat, 20% voice).
Must be willing to work on Starteks payroll.
