Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Executives. As a Customer Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a minimum qualification of 12th or diploma to kick start their career in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide prompt and courteous responses.

2. Assist customers in resolving product-related queries, technical issues, and other concerns with a high degree of professionalism.

3. Understand and promote our products and services to potential customers.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM software.

5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and provide feedback on the resolution process.

7. Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements:

1. Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or diploma from a recognized board/institution.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Strong customer-centric approach with a friendly and positive attitude.

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

7. A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

8. Prior customer service experience (although not mandatory) will be an advantage.
