Job role:-

*They have to perform a wide range of duties like Answering phones and responding to clients' query,

*Has to work and coordinate with operations and sales team to support & resolve client issues in a timely manner

* Has to serve as a point of contact for client support and complaints. has to maintain MIS pertaining to operations.

*Qualification (Graduation )

* Relevant experience of -1 year in the similar industry.

* Females having experience in banking,finance,sales with

* Salary:- 15-20k Inhand

* Excel knowledge essential (Vlookup/Pivot)

* Excellent communication skills (English)

* Good email drafting

* General shift (09:30 am to 06:30 pm)
