Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Associates fluent in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in the preferred language.
Resolve customer queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi is mandatory.
Prior experience in customer support or BPO preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
