Installing and configuring Servers, Storage, Networks, PCs/laptops and peripherals.

Installing and setup OS and peripherals application.

Performing installs, moves, adds and changes as required.

Providing follow - up on problems or escalation.

Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in actions and demeanor.

Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.

Helping team members and act as backup on requirement.
