Post: SR. Customer Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary: 20K – 30K

Qualification: BCA/MCA/BE/Diploma

Location: Rajkot

Timings: 9 am - 7pm

Skill requirement: Sound Computer Hardware and software knowledge

Adequate Communication Skills and Listening Power

Should have product knowledge in the IT field

knowledge of Server and Firewall management and installation

Responsibilities:-

- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network

configuration

- Guide the clients through to solve their technical issues

- Ensure all issues are properly logged and timely solved.
