Job Description

• To manage the executions of daily activities related to customer & sales support such as Order Processing, OA, Quotation, PI and sales order.

• Execution of the customer complaints recording & responding to enquires and follows up actions thereby as per the set response time.

• Control and monitor materials issued for customer trials and follow up actions.

• Leads Assignment

• Payment follow up

• Quotation Follow up

• Inspection of Materials prior to dispatch

• Enquiry follow up

• Answering phone calls

• Timely response to OA, PI, SO, Quotation, Customer Complaints and Enquires received over phone, email , fax etc

• Answering phone call and attending visitors.
