Experience Required - To 2 years
Location :- Gurgoan
Walk-in 27 Feb 2021 to 4 March 2021
1. Team player who is willing to learn and able to share knowledge.
2. Availablity to work in shifts and during weekends.
3. Provide direct support to customers.
4. Create New cases and update existing cases in our customer data base.
5. Identify root causes and resolution of major incidents.
6. Provide guidance to customer on the best use of the software.
7. Manage escalations in accordance with company procedures and service levels.
8. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve fault at time of answering where possible.
9. Communicate with customers regularly regarding cases programs and updates.
10. Create incident reports when required.
11. Deal with customer complaints or issues
12 Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
13. Creative mind with logical thinking.
14. Communication English must be good.
