Responsibilities and Duties

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Visit client location to assist employees in regards to claim & policy related queries (if required candidate work from client location).

Maintain good customer relationships with professionalism

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Computer Literacy, Basic & Advance Excel Skills (With advance Excel – Vlookup, HLookup, Pivot Table)
