Responsibilities of candidates include:

Needs to do order Verification's. Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products. Verify/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process order verification.

Follow up with customer as well as shipping team to ensure the delivery

Analyse Potential customer & make them future buyers.
