Constant Tenants Communication with Tenants, for Rental Payments, reminders, follow up Documentation, Prepare and Collect and Post add in website and online site for vacant Property for Rental
(Purpose of the Post to – Rental Collection, and make sure all Properties are Occupied, Work with Vendors for Maintenance)
Job Description
Tenant Communication
• Reminders for rental Payment
• Rental Follow up for Payment
• Raise a ticket to Maintenance Team for Maintenance Issue
• Follow with the Maintenance team on the status & follow up with till it Gets Closed
• Sending Rent Increase Letter or renewal Agreement as per Agreement term
• Prepare Listing for vacant property and post in website and Property website for Visibility
• Based on the inquiry engage with them and make sure they come to see the property at the stipulated time
• Prepare Showing time and date with Local Manager/In-charge
• Follow up with inquiries and engage them to make a tenant
• Verify their Document and Prepare a lease agreement base on the management Criteria,
• Data & documents to be kept securely in Property and Company wise in cloud storage
• Follow for 1st Month Rent and 1 Month Deposit
• Update management on non-Paid tenants for more than a month,
• If they don’t pay for more than 2 months Prepare an eviction process
• Send Daily reports to management and reporting manager
