Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Escalate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution
Ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner on-call or mail.
Work with the customer support team to ensure accurate processes and training are in place
Responding timely to escalations cases
Create data of all shipment information and collect all the document from clients
Manage Excel reports in real-time
You have to manage all POD and Dispatch collect and create a database
Qualification
Experience- Minimum 1 Years of experience in the Logistics or freight industry
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ready to work in shifts and weekends on a rotation basis & as per the business needs
Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Effective time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, etc.
