CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE
• Routinely call customers to obtain their feedback regarding pre & post sales & service experiences. Register Dealer Sales / Service complaints from customers if any in guidance with CRM.
• Handle / Assist customers on basic Sales or Service issues under guidance of CRM (both dealer VOC & HYUNDAI VOC)
• Alerting CRM about potential HYUNDAI VOC.
• Understanding or analyzing probable ECDR cases through Post Sales or Service follow up.
• Reporting probable ECDR cases to CRM
• Register feedback & concerns collected by Sales & Service department in DELITE.
• Customer information collection through Web / media / blog related to sales, enquiry, service or product.
• Handle & resolve concern immediately in case of minor issues in sales or acting customers for Post sales & post service follow ups.
• VOC registration in case of dissatisfied customers.
• Updating & maintenance of CR reports.
• Analyze PSF call details & provide qualitative information to CRM & CRM
• Usage of DLITE tool for enquiry management, Appointment, MRS, PSFU Sales & Service.
• Register breakdown request in DELITE & assist the customer.
