Qualification: Any degree.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in tele calling (technical or non-technical), customer support and relationship, client co-ordination etc are encouraged.
Skills:
Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)
Must be good in English communication.
Experience in customer handling, client relationship and manage calls.

Roles and responsibilities:
Receive customer calls, address their concern and direct them to the concern team to get their request done.
Must be able to manage telephonic calls from customers through IVR and lodge sales request or service complaints in our system.
Follow up with the customer post sales or service and get feedback about the service or sales done.
Should be strong communication skills and must be multilingual (Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil)
Maintain TAT for all calls.
Prepare detailed monthly reports on sale and services done and submit it to the management.
To provide details of delayed calls and engineers performance.
