Job Description

CTC : As per industry basis of experience & knowledge

Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner

1. Regular updates and follow up with Clients / Liners /Shipping lines & Other service providers

2. Container booking and placements with various Shipping lines/carriers etc

3. Filing VGM , Form 13

4. Should be well aware with the various stages/procedures involved in Custom clearing & freight forwarding

5. Dealing with various transporters for arranging delivery at various CFS after approval of Operations department.

6. Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.

7. Maintaining data of all Clients / Potential Clients

8. Up-To Date reporting to clients with the cargo status pertaining to various shipments
