* Create and complete property listings with full information
* Analyze and capture relevant property information from Clients
* Properties Listings Generation, claims, ongoing Status, and Reporting.
* Quality Assurance and Improvements in the content of existing and new listings.
* A+ Customer Satisfactions skills in the following (Inbound/Outbound calls & Messaging)

* Analyze and capture relevant property information from Clients.
* Read and extract relevant data about properties
* Proficient information on the listings
* Handling Airbnb account to the entirety.
* Fulfillment of main amenities and rules applicable to Airbnb.
* Listing Generation Status Reporting
* Follow the priorities list of listings to be created.
* Prompt communication to management in the event of missing information that does not allow for the creation of the register.
* Report any IT (or Software) errors that occur in the listing creation process, so that it can be corrected immediately.
* Keep a record of the completion status of the listings.
* Quality Assurance and Improvements in the content of existing and new listings.
* Improves content quality by using High-Quality Data and Pictures in all listings to be created.
* Analyze the content and give recommendations to our team for load photos of unique advantages, rooms, views, surroundings, and nearby attractions.
* Identify and create successful listings to ensure high competitiveness and guests interest attraction.
* Review all created listings whenever there is a change or update
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
· Customer Service (Required)
· Experience with Travel, Hospitality, and Vacation Rentals Industries (Not required but a plus)
