Below is the hiring process for our client:

Round of Interviews –

1) HR Interview – Communication check, education check, education check, salary fitment check, Joining confirmation check + AMCAT to be conducted – SWAR 50 and above (Before proceeding ops interviews)

2) Ops Interviews – Stability check, communication check, also candidates should be able translate and comprehend the written paragraph in both the language (English and Hindi)

Teleperformance will Initiate the BGV on the day 0

Should be fine with 33 CTC/ Month, with 28,000/- Take home Salary.

Batch date: 20th April Onboarding.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate in any domain.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Experience minimum 18 months of BPO Banking experience - Customer Support Experience.
