Responsibilities
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Preparing company policies and procedures.
Developing training lessons with service delivery systems.
Managing a team of Customer Support Representatives.
Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.
Resolving customer complaints and queries.
Providing detailed information to customers.
Monitoring the performance of individual representatives.
Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
Assisting the HR department with hiring new employees.
Providing the new employees with training sessions for enhancing their skills.
Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Following up with customers for any further information.
Taking feedback from the customers.
Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
Contributing the work to the companys knowledge base.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Adhering to the companys rules and regulations.
office is in HSR Sector-2(HustleHub Tech Park)
Experience, Qualifications & Person Type
The ideal candidate is someone who - Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in Customer support
- Owns a laptop.
- Candidates preferred with at least under-graduation.
- Has excellent communication & convincing skills
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi, local language
- Disciplined & follows Sales Procedure.
- Is customer-oriented and never over-promises
- Is a team player, works well in groups & optimizes for the team
- Is comfortable with ambiguity
- Age group between 20-30.
Compensation
- 16k to 22k CTC per month + incentives. - On completion of Successful training period eligible for one time /- bonus one time.
- Will be /- per month for his own laptop.
- Salary and incentives are applicable to TDS.(As per Income Tax Law
Work Days & Timings
We have a 6-day working week. Independence is offered to choose work timing
