• Stipend – 22K/month (15K Fixed+7K Incentive)
• Criteria – Looking out for Customer Support + Content Writer, decent communication (Written and Verbal)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to and resolving customer issues raised over chat, email, reviews, social media, and other channels.
2. Recreating the issue to understand which components have specifically gone wrong before handing them over to developers.
3. Working closely with engineers to ensure issues are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.
4. Working towards ensuring a 7-star customer experience by always taking an extra step to delight them.
5. Communicating user suggestions to the engineering team to ensure that the issues/suggestions are considered in the product roadmap.
