Job Description
Candidate will be working with stakeholders as well as Shopping clients to process their requests
Job involves in-depth research on policy and quality issues on clients data
Candidate will be required to build logic to utilize tools and technology available to modify, mine
and transform data
Candidate is required to communicate efficiently, to share the ideas and blockers effectively to
the client and internal stakeholders
Job involves 24*7 support (working on weekends as well as festivals)
Candidate should be able to learn quickly, understand the high level overview of product and
where this job fits in
Knowledge & Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and foreign language (if any)
Excellent logical reasoning, problem solving approach and analytical skills
Should be able to understand and implement customer centric approach
SQL, Linux, Regex (proficiency: basic)
G-Suite/ MS office (proficiency: moderate)
Any computer language (proficiency: basic)
Any CRM tool (proficiency: basic)
Self motivated and team player
Responsibilities
Support the Operations teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Creating and maintaining reports and trackers
Knowledge grasp and transfer to the entire team
Real Time Monitoring of all SLA driven queries
Metrics adherence in all kind of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
