● Candidate will be working with stakeholders as well as Shopping clients to process their requests
● Job involves in-depth research on policy and quality issues on client’s data
● Candidate will be required to build logic to utilize tools and technology available to modify, mine
and transform data
● Candidate is required to communicate efficiently, to share the ideas and blockers effectively to
the client and internal stakeholders
● Job involves 24*7 support (working on weekends as well as festivals)
● Candidate should be able to learn quickly, understand the high level overview of product and

Knowledge & Desired Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and foreign language (if any)
● Excellent logical reasoning, problem solving approach and analytical skills
● Should be able to understand and implement customer centric approach
● SQL, Linux, Regex (proficiency: basic)
● G-Suite/ MS office (proficiency: moderate)
● Any computer language (proficiency: basic)
● Any CRM tool (proficiency: basic)
● Self motivated and team player
Responsibilities
● Support the Operations teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
● Creating and maintaining reports and trackers
● Knowledge grasp and transfer to the entire team
● Real Time Monitoring of all SLA driven queries
● Metrics adherence in all kind of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
● Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.

● Rotational Shifts and 5 days working
● Flexibility to work in 24x7 environment
● Flexible to work in rotational shifts and split offs
