About the role: (Customer Success Specialist)
Dosti Global Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of our clients, preferably in the oil and gas industry. The Customer Success Specialist is in charge of customer support and data validation within the Animo platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys helping others and learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within Animo
Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Work closely with the operations team to guarantee proper implementation of tracking and reporting data.
Inject and upload new data files into Animo.
Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights based on data to support decision making efforts.
Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
Support the business operation of 24-hour help desk
Convey your work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Comfort in a complex data environment
Work independently and with team members to understand
Possess knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
Possess outstanding communications skills, verbal and written.
Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
Time management and punctuality.
Good to Have:
Prior industry experience in drilling, completions or well services
Oil and Gas technical training certifications related to drilling, completions or well services
Eligibility :
Bachelors or Master’s Degree
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a customer support Specialist or Similar CS role
