• Handle and resolve customer requests and queries
• Engage in remote web sessions to troubleshoot technical issues at customers' end.
• Hold product demonstrations for customers.
• Improve customer onboarding processes.
• Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
• Mediate between clients and the organization.
• Collaborate with product specialists to find creative solutions to customer business problems.
• Minimize customer churn.
Qualification
0 - 2 years of experience in similar role or support of software products
/ graduate from good university/college with good academic records.
Desired Skill Set
Good Communication Skills, preferably with experience in handling customers in SaaS space. Knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage.
