Job Description – Customer Success (Agent)
1. Making Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls are responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers in order to sell products or services, generate leads, conduct market research, or collect feedback.
2. Receiving Inbound Calls: Receive inbound calls are responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, or taking orders.
3. Providing Customer Service: Expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Meeting Targets: Expected to meet their individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
5. Handling Customer Inquiries: Must be able to understand the customer's concerns, ask the right questions, and provide accurate information or solutions.
6. Resolving Customer Issues: Must be able to handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Entering Data: Required to enter customer data and information into the organization's database or CRM system.
8. Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, customer feedback, and any other relevant information.
9. Working in a Team: Required to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
