**Job Title:** Customer Care Executive (Work from Home)

**Salary Range:** ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a **Customer Care Executive** to provide excellent customer support while working from the comfort of your home. The role involves handling customer queries, complaints, and providing product/service information. You will be the company’s first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Troubleshoot issues or escalate them to relevant teams.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

- Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.

- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending issues.

### **Key Requirements:**

- **Educational Qualification:** Minimum qualification – 12th pass or equivalent. Graduates are preferred.

- **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication in [specify language(s), ., English/Hindi].

- **Technical Skills:** Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
