Job Description

Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone ,e-mail ,and chat in a timely and professional manner

Assist customer with their financial service needs ,including loan operations, mortgage servicing, and mortgage underwriting

Guide customers through the loan application process and provide accurate information about our financial offerings

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions ,ensuring ,accuracy and confidentiality

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed customer support
